Kate Hach

Kate Hach is a recognized expert in designing and managing accelerator programs for deep tech startups. Formerly a co-founder and the Head of Program at Intel Ignite, she spearheaded one of Europe’s most rigorous deep tech accelerators, guiding over 70 startups through a transformative 12-week program.

Under her leadership, these companies successfully navigated fundraising, go-to-market strategies and scaling, making significant contributions to Europe’s deep tech ecosystem. Intel Ignite Europe was recognised by Financial Times for one of the best startup hubs on the continent and is one of the rare corporate programs that both successful startups and VCs recommend to their peers and portfolio.

As a South African-German who spent many years in Amsterdam, Kate supports the Deep Tech ecosystems on both continents and is most happy when she can actively support collaboration between the two.
