Funding
- OrangeQS announced a €12 million, oversubscribed Seed round
- QuantWare's recent Series A round was expanded by an additional €4.5 million, bringing the total to €23.3 million
Progress
- Q*BIRD collaborated with the BeQCI consortium to deploy a 132km quantum key distribution (QKD) link connecting Belgium and Luxembourg. It is the first cross-border Measurement Device Independent QKD (MDI QKD) quantum communication infrastructure in the Benelux region.
- Fermioniq's Ava platform is now available as an emulation backend on Oxford Quantum Circuits (OQC)' Cloud, providing a digital twin for OQC’s Toshiko quantum computer.
- QphoX has partnered with Rigetti Computing and the UK National Quantum Computing Centre (NQCC) to realise optical readout of a fully-fledged superconducting quantum computer.
